YouTube – The Vendor Client relationship – in real world situations

It sounds kind of absurd but the truth is, that really is how clients often approach the design world. Luckily I’ve got bosses that insulate me from dealing with this stuff, but that doesn’t mean I don’t hear and read about the continual struggle design agencies have to fight to validate conceptual work as a commodity, just like your restaurant dinner. And no, I’m not going to show you how to make it at home, try going to culinary school followed by hard earned job experience.
