Livingroom Paint
We painted our living room in our last house. When we did it we didn’t want to do anything too bold so it was essentially white (well, pumpkin spice, because it had some orange in it). We said that the next time we do it we’re going to use a stronger color. Here ya go, two or three layers of wallpaper later, a much cleaner and bluer room. If it looks like there’s two different blue’s there, you’re not crazy (well, not in reference to this, I’m no doctor though). We did the back wall to the dining room/ kitchen in a darker, accent blue. I have to say, if done right, an accent wall can really take a room to the next level.
Also, the curtains match the (was already red) raised ceiling, a total accident, we got those curtains two houses ago, but still, how cool is that?

We also have gotten the kitchen 75% painted as well, I’ll post up some pictures of that once we finish the cupboards.

I love before and afters.
The colors remind me of you wedding invitations.
I don’t know what you guys are talking about Lauren and Michelle, they’re not even close, ok, maybe close. Ok, maybe exactly the same colors, as the next post illustrates.
I love your high ceilings…and I totally agree with Lauren! The colors DO remind me of your wedding invites:)
Jeanette only looks so happy because she didn’t have to deal with the really hard spot…
That’s why we asked for you’re help Devon, just so we wouldn’t have to strip that 3 square foot part of the wall.
