I was at work earlier today and had a conversation about peaches with Michelle (you talk about all kinds of things when in the same room with people for 8 hours a day). It made me think about how it’s almost September and this summer is coming to a close. I know time is always trucking along at a good clip, but this summer has really flown by for me this year. So, as my ode to summer I bring you, peaches, one of natures velvety soft and sugary sweet miracles.

I would like some peaches right now please!
They are a miracle
I was just listening to The Teaches of Peaches by Peaches in my car today.
OK I can’t resist—- The two peach trees in the orchard are full of ripe peaches and we need someone to share them with. Otherwise, the freezer is full of them, the dryer will dry them and I don’t feel like canning this year.
Yeah peaches! I ate a donut peach yesterday. It’s a semi-flattened peach…and it was kind of weird. But still tasty!
